Pain reduction
I found it by chance and read that applying it is better than consuming. I bought it for my knee issue, which has been problematic. To my surprise, by the second day of morning and evening applications, I noticed less discomfort and pain. I tried it on my husband for his back pain, and he felt the same. While it's not a dramatic improvement, the decrease in pain prompted him to want to continue using it, so I have ordered more.

No relief felt
I ordered this for my father’s knee pain due to its nice clean ingredients. Despite using it every day, it doesn’t seem to provide much relief for him. It may work for others, but unfortunately, it was ineffective in his case.
